These Terms of Use govern access to WeedGunners. By using weedgunners.com, directory.weedgunners.com, or related forms and services, you agree to these terms.
Directory role
WeedGunners is a directory and planning resource. It connects customers with independent service providers. WeedGunners does not perform application services and is not the employer, partner, agent, broker, or representative of any listed operator or customer.
Self-reported and public information
Listings may contain information submitted by operators or gathered from public business sources. Unless a listing expressly states that information was confirmed by the operator, it has not been confirmed by the operator. Operator-confirmed status means only that the operator confirmed or corrected its listing information. It does not mean WeedGunners verified or endorsed the operator.
No professional or regulatory assurance
WeedGunners does not verify, certify, approve, recommend, warrant, or guarantee any operator’s identity, licensing, certification, insurance, operating authority, compliance, equipment, personnel, safety practices, availability, pricing, performance, or suitability.
Customer responsibility
Customers must independently evaluate operators and verify all qualifications relevant to the proposed work, including aviation authority, pesticide licensing, insurance, label compliance, safety, environmental requirements, data security, site access, and customer-specific requirements. Customers and operators are solely responsible for their communications, agreements, work, payments, records, and disputes.
Operator responsibility
Operators must provide accurate information, maintain all required authority and qualifications, comply with applicable laws and product labels, and promptly request corrections when listing information changes. A person submitting or claiming a listing represents that the person is authorized to act for the business.
Paid listings
Paid listings provide enhanced directory features such as priority placement, map placement, expanded profiles, logos, or photos. Payment does not establish approval, verification, endorsement, superior qualifications, or a guarantee of customer contacts or business results. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid listings renew according to the Stripe checkout terms presented at purchase. Cancellation affects future renewal and does not require a prorated refund for the current term except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service; submit false, unlawful, infringing, confidential, or malicious content; impersonate another person or business; interfere with security or operation; scrape or copy the directory for unauthorized commercial use; or use WeedGunners to violate law or harm others.
Content permission
By submitting listing content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant WeedGunners permission to host, reproduce, format, and display it for WeedGunners operations and promotion. You retain ownership of your content. WeedGunners may edit for formatting, clarity, consistency, safety, or directory fit and may decline, suspend, or remove content.
Third-party services and links
WeedGunners uses and links to third-party services. WeedGunners is not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, privacy practices, availability, or transactions.
Legal entity
WeedGunners is operated by Simple Business Automation, doing business as WeedGunners. In the sections below, “SBA” refers to Simple Business Automation.
Service availability and changes
SBA may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of WeedGunners and may correct, decline, pause, or remove listings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete coverage, search placement, lead volume, or preservation of submitted content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
WeedGunners is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBA disclaims warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from operator services, customer decisions, directory information, third-party services, or inability to use WeedGunners.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SBA and WeedGunners from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your submitted content, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or services you request or provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where SBA is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Applicable courts in that state will have jurisdiction, except where law requires otherwise.
Changes
SBA may update these terms. Continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
