This policy explains how WeedGunners collects, uses, and shares information through weedgunners.com, directory.weedgunners.com, listing forms, and related communications.

Information we collect

We may collect business and contact information submitted through listing, claim, correction, and contact forms, including names, titles, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, service areas, websites, descriptions, and listing images. We may also use information available from public business sources to create unclaimed directory listings.

Our website and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referring pages, cookies, and similar usage or security data.

How we use information

We use information to operate the directory; review, publish, update, or remove listings; respond to requests; communicate with operators; process paid listing features; prevent misuse; maintain security; understand site performance; and comply with legal obligations.

Public directory information

Information designated for publication may appear publicly in WeedGunners listings. This may include business name, public contact information, location, service area, website, services, descriptions, logos, and photos. Do not submit personal or confidential information that should not be public.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate WeedGunners, including Squarespace for website hosting, Airtable for forms and directory data, Cloudflare for directory delivery and security, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies. WeedGunners does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers from Stripe.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when directed by the submitter, to comply with law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate the directory, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by WeedGunners, subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements. Operators may also request that a listing be corrected or removed. Contact info@weedgunners.com.

Children

WeedGunners is a business directory and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Legal entity

WeedGunners is operated by Simple Business Automation, doing business as WeedGunners.

Changes
